System Maintenance

MATRIX AV offer a bespoke maintenance package to suit your AV requirements.  System Maintenance can be tailor made to suit each client, usually a 6 month or annual package is advisable depending on the complexity of the installation.  Following the maintenance service a detailed technical report of the work that has been undertaken and recommendations to aid future reliability will be provided.

MATRIX AV offer all clients a dedicated technical support telephone phone number and email.

A call out service is offered to all MATRIX AV clients, a qualified AV engineer will attend the call out for technical assistance, fault finding and resolving any AV issues.

The System Maintenance package can include any of the following:

  • Software updates
  • System checks
  • Re-calibration of processor sound parameters
  • System cleaning
